HOW WE FEEL DURING EARTHQUAKES

Sometimes, earthquakes happen in Trinidad & Tobago and every person feels in

a different way.

Some people feel scared.

Some people feel surprised.

Some people feel confused.

Some people feel sad.

Some people feel anxious.

Some people feel angry.

Some people feel excited.

It is okay to feel like this before, during and after an earthquake.

It is okay to be scared about a future earthquake too.

Talking about how we feel about earthquakes with mom, dad,

grandparents, aunty, or teacher can makes us feel better.

It is important to talk about how we feel so people who care about us can help us.
